摘　　要：恶臭作为一种扰民污染,其测定方法与常规的大气污染物相比,有其独特性。除采用分光光度法、色谱法等分析仪器进行恶臭物质的定性定量分析外,还需以人的鼻子为检测器对恶臭样品进行嗅觉测定,以评价恶臭对人的感官影响。本文比较全面地介绍了恶臭的测定方法和仪器,客观地评价各种测试技术。Odor is a kind of disturb pollution. Its determination method is different with the one of conventional air pollutant. Odor samples should be determined by the human olfaction to evaluate the impact on the human sense, besides spectrophotometry, chromatograph etc. analysis instruments which is used for qualitatively and quantitatively determination. This paper comprehensively introduced odor determination method and the instrument, objectively appraised each kind of the technology.
