摘　　要：从环境条件分析、安全环保策略、可靠性与危险性分析等出发,总结海洋工程设计中的一些可以应用于船舶设计的先进理念,以创新船舶设计、提高造船业的整体竞争力。From environmental condition analysis, safe environment protection policy, reliability and risk analysis, the advanced idea in offshore engineering design which is applicable to ship design is summarized, to innovate in ship design and promote the overall competitiveness of shipbuilding industry.
