摘　　要：探讨了一种基于UCL的数据广播实验方案,研究设计了一种新的统一内容定位(UCL)标识方案,即将UCL标识封装到IP-option中传输,实现基于IP的统一的数据广播构架。通过实验室构建基于RSS的一种数据广播原型系统,表明该方案可行,能够提供相关的数据广播服务。In this paper, a experimental data broadcasting program is proposed based on Uniform Content Locator（UCL）, and a kind of UCL identifier is designed. In other words, UCL is packaged into IP-option in the transmission, which achieves a unified framework for data broadcasting based on IP. A prototype data broadcasting system is established in laboratory, the experiment is carried out to demonstrate the feasibility. It is able to provide relevant data broadcasting services.
