雷公藤总甙(T_Ⅱ)中雷藤氯内酯醇的高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：建立了雷公藤总甙(T_1)中雷藤氯内酯醇的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用μ-Bondapak C_(18)柱和46％甲醇-水流动相,紫外检测波长219nm。考察了雷藤氯内酯醇的稳定性,雷藤氯内酯醇在0.5～10.0μg/ml范围内线性良好,回收率在98％～101％之间。A high performance liquid chromatography for analysis of tripchlorolide in total glucosides of tripterygium wilfordii (TII ) was established by a μ-Bondapak C18 column and a mobile phase containing methanol and water (46:54), and a UV detector set at 219nm. The stability of tripchlorolide was examined. The tripchlorolide ranged in concentration from 0.5 to 10.0*g/ml. The linearity was better. The rate of recovery ranged between 98% and 101%.
