摘　　要：为了加强二次通信设备管理,进一步推进三项分析制度的实施,建设了通信管理系统。该系统由通信设备管理、通信专业管理、通信资源管理和通信综合监视4大模块共同组成,其中通信专业管理和设备管理模块在已建的OMS中实现,通信资源管理和综合监视模块在通信资源管理系统中实现。通过将通信资源管理系统与OMS互联,实现各类通信资源的信息化统一管理和充分共享,进一步推进了三项分析制度的实施。In order to improve the management of communication equipments and promote the implementation of Three Analysis Systems,a communication management system is constructed.The system is composed with four modules,i.e.equipment management module,professional management module,resource management module and integrated monitoring module.Equipment management and professional management function are realized in the existing operation management system（OMS）,while resource management and integrated monitoring function are realized in communication resource management system. Through the interconnection of communication resource management system and OMS, the communication resources management and information sharing can be realized, which helps to promote the implementation of the Three Analysis System.
