摘 要:150日龄海兰灰蛋鸡576只,随机分为16个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复12只鸡。采用4×4完全随机设计,日粮中添加万寿菊提取物(MAR)(0、60、120和240mg/kg)和VE(0、50、100和200IU/kg),研究其对蛋鸡抗氧化和免疫应答能力的影响。结果表明:120mg/kgMAR组血清SOD活性较未添加组提高了20.92%(P<0.05),240mg/kgMAR组MDA含量降低了20.61%(P<0.05)。100IU/kgVE组GSH-PX活性较未添加组提高了25.87%(P<0.05);200IU/kgVE组SOD活性提高了43.18%(P<0.05),MDA含量降低了24.96%(P<0.05)。120mg/kgMAR组免疫后7和14d新城疫抗体滴度较未添加组分别提高了0.95(P<0.05)和1.03个水平(P<0.05)。200IU/kgVE组免疫后14和28d新城疫抗体滴度提高了1.02(P<0.05)和0.70个水平(P<0.05)。表明日粮中另外添加120mg/kgMAR,100和200IU/kgVE,有利于提高机体的抗氧化和免疫应答能力。Five hundred and seventy-six 150--day-old Hy-line layers were randomly allotted into 16 groups,each of which was assigned 3 replications with 12 layers per replication. A 4×4 completely random experiment was designed to study the effect of marigold extract (MAR) and VE on the anti-oxidation capability and immune response of layers. Layers were fed four levels of dietary MAR (0,60,120,240 mg/kg)and four levels of Vr (0,50,100,200 IU/kg).The results showed that addition of 120 mg/kg MAR increased the activity of SOD in serum by 20.92% (P〈0.05) ,and addition of 240 mg/kg MAR decreased the content of MDA by 20.61% (P〈0.05). Addition of 100 IU/kg VE the activity of GSH-Px increased by 25.87% (P〈0.05) ,while supplementation of 200 IU/kg VE resulted in 43.18% increase (P〈0.05) in the activity of SOD in serum and 24.96% decreased(P〈0.05)in the contents of MDA. Diets added 120mg/kg MAR obviously improved ND titers by 0.95 (P〈0.05) and 1.03 levels (P〈0.05) in the 7^th day and 14^th day after immune. The ND titers were also enhanced in the 14th day and 284 day after immune,which was fed by 200 IU/kg VE. It was concluded that addition of 120mg/kg MAR and 100,200 IU/kg VE to the diet were beneficial for the anti-oxidation capability and immune response of layers.
