老年急性心肌梗死患者T淋巴细胞亚群与SIL—2R的检测

摘　　要：以间接免疫荧光法、单克隆与多克隆双抗体夹心法测定了２０例老年急性心肌梗死患者及健康老人外周血Ｔ细胞亚群、可溶性白细胞介素—２受体（ＳＩＬ—２Ｒ）的水平，发现老年急性心肌梗死组ＯＫＴ３、ＯＫＴ４、ＯＫＴ８水平显著降低，ＯＫＴ４／ＯＫＴ８与ＳＩＬ—２Ｒ水平则明显升高。In this paper,the levels of peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subgroups and soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R) of 20 cases of the eldly acute myocardial infarction and the eldly healthy controls were researched,we found that the level of OKT3、OKT4、OKT8 of the eldly acute myocardial infarct were decreased significantly,the level of the OKT4/OKT8 and sIL-2R increased obviously.It demonstrates that the changes of T-lymphocyte subgroups are related to the level of sIL-2R.
