摘  要:阐述了超细晶粒硬质合金棒料挤压成形剂所需具备的特性和成形剂体系的设计原则,据此设计了三组元的挤压成形剂,并对各组元的成分和配比进行了合理选择。由此制得超细晶粒硬质合金棒料经检测和用户试用,其性能与采用冷等静压成形工艺生产的棒料相当。The properties required of binders for ultrafine cemented carbide bar extrusion molding and the design principle of binder system are illustrated. Based on the results, new binders composed of three components were designed. The element and mixture ratio of every component were selected reasonably. According to performance test and user trial, the ultrafine cemented carbide bar manufactured by CIP process using the new binders has the similar behavior.
