摘　　要：通过对球壳板的冷压成型过程进行弹塑性分析,探讨了钢材性能、钢板厚度及压型模具等相关因素对冷压成型的影响,其分析结果有利于提高球壳板的压制精度和压制效率,对实际生产有一定的指导意义。Elasto-plastic analysis for chill-pressing of spherical steel shell has been performed. The chill-pressing of spherical shell was influenced by the correlative factor such as the performance of steel plate, thickness of steel plate, tamping die and etc, which was favorable for improving the pressing-precision and pressing-efficiency of spherical steel shell, and was a guiding for the manufacture of spherical tanks.
