摘　　要：分析了重油催化裂化装置烟气余热回收系统中套管式高温取热炉频繁出现爆管的原因,采用烟管式高温取热炉取代原设备,成功应用于某炼油厂120×104t/a重油催化裂化装置中,该炉运行情况良好,节能效益显著。Analysis was made on the reason for the frequent burst of a high temperature boiler of a casing type in recycling the surplus energy of flue gas in the set of Residue Catalytic Cracking Unit. Then the high temperature gas-tube boiler which has a good efficiency of saving energy together with its low equipment investment was proposed,this new equipment has been successfully used in 120×10^4 t residue catalytic cracking unit in a refinery.
