摘 要:针对某电厂锅炉高温级省煤器受热面设计值偏小,导致锅炉排烟温度升高,经济性下降等问题,对省煤器进行了改造。论证了省煤器的传热计算与灰污系数的选取,提出了更换省煤器、增大传热面积以降低排烟温度的可行性建议,并在改造中进行了具体实施。针对省煤器容易积灰的特点安装了燃气冲击波吹灰器,改造后,排烟温度降低到了设计值,积灰情况大大改善,锅炉经济性大幅度提高,彻底解决了锅炉爆管的隐患,提高了机组运行的可靠性和经济性。Economizer retrofit was carried out in a power plant for flue gas temperature increasing and economy decreasing, which was caused by small heating surface design value. Heat transfer calculation and ash fouling coefficient selection of the economizer are demon- strated. Feasible advice had been put forward and carried into execution in retrofits such as replacing economizer and raising heating surface areas of the economizer to reduce exhaust temperature. Gas shock wave soot-blower was installed according to the characteristics of ash deposition in economizer. After retrofit, the exhaust temperature has drop to the design value, ash deposition has been greatly improved, the economy of the boiler has risen consumedly, the hidden trouble of the boiler tube burst has been eliminated thoroughly, and the safety and economy of units operation has been improved.
