摘 要:针对传统膜生物反应器(MBR)技术应用于中水回用系统时存在膜通量低、运行能耗高、一次性投资较大等问题,有效结合传统生化处理与先进膜过滤工艺优势,研究开发了2级过滤膜生物反应器(DF-MBR)技术。通过国电东胜热电厂中水回用工程的应用实践,证明了DF-MBR可有效克服传统MBR的不足,并具有占地省、来水水质适应性强、系统出水稳定等技术优势。提出了运行中的注意事项,包括低温条件下的负荷调整、生物滤池分级设置等,为DF-MBR在火电厂中水回用工程的应用提供参考。There are some disadvantages of the traditional membrane bioreaetor (MBR) technology used in reclaimed water reuse system, sueh as low flow-flux, high energy consumption, and larger one-time investment expenses. So the new double-filter MBR (DF-MBR) technology, which gathered hoth advantages of traditional biological process and membrane filter process, were developed. By the application analysis of reclaimed water reuse project in Guodian Dongsheng power plant, it shows that the new DF-MBR can effectively avoid the prohlems occurred in traditional MBR, and also have some technology superiorities such as small layout, good applicability for raw water, high quality filter water. Some notices in application are also put forward, such as the parameter adjustment under low temperature and grade setting for biofilter system, which provide some technology references for the application of the new technology for reclaimed water reuse in power plants.
