摘  要:通过正交实验研究了柠檬酸钠、甘氨酸、硫酸铈和丙炔醇等对合金镀层沉积速率的影响,并对镀层的表面形貌、结合强度以及耐蚀性等方面进行了考察。结果表明:这四种物质的适量加入,提高了铝合金表面Ni-P合金镀层的沉积速率,改善了镀层的表面质量。通过正交实验确定了合适的工艺条件。根据该工艺制备的Ni-P镀层具有良好的表面质量、较高的结合强度,提高了铝合金的耐蚀性。The effects of sodium citrate (C6 H5 Na3 O7 ), glycine (C2 H5 NO2 ), cerium sulfate (Ce2 (SO4)3 ) and propargyl alcohol (C3 H4O) on the deposition velocity of Ni-P plating coating for aluminum alloy were studied using orthogonal experiment. The surface morphology, adhesion and corrosion resistance of Ni-P films on aluminum alloy were also investigated. The experimental results show that correct dose of the four compounds can accelerate the depositon velocity, and improve the quality of electroless Ni-P coating. The optimized process for Ni-P films was decided by orthogonal experiment. The Ni-P coating on aluminum alloy obtained according to the above process exhibit a good surface quality, good adhesion and corrosion resistance.
