摘 要:采用干喷湿纺技术制备聚砜中空纤维超滤基膜,并系统研究纺丝液各成分浓度、纺丝工艺参数对超滤基膜性能的影响.研究结果表明,随着聚砜(PSF)浓度、丙酮浓度和干纺程的增加,超滤基膜的水通量减少,截留率增加;随聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)浓度、芯液中N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)浓度的增加,超滤基膜的水通量增加,截留率减少;随凝固浴温度的增加,超滤基膜水通量和截留率均增加.The hollow fiber ultrafihration membrane is not only widely applied in industry field such as water treat- ment, it is but also abroad applied in preparation study of nanofiltration membrane and reverse osmosis membrane as support membrane. The PSF hollow fiber UF support membrane was preparation by dry-jet wet spinning, and the effects of concentraion of every component and spinning technology parameters on membrane performance were studied systematically. The results show that its pure water flux decreases and solute retention increase with the improving of PSF concentration.acetone concentration and air gap distance. Its pure water flux increases and solute retention de- crease with tile increasing of PVP concentration in spinning dope and DMAC concentration in bore fluid; Its pure water flux and solute retention increase with improving of outer coagulant temperature.
