摘 要:用分光光度法研究壳聚糖对锆离子的吸附性能.分别探讨了时间、温度、pH值以及外加离子浓度对壳聚糖(CTS)吸附锆离子的影响.结果表明:壳聚糖对锆离子的吸附,开始时比较快,20min后吸附速率显著变慢;温度愈高,吸附量(率)愈大;pH值的影响较为显著,当pH=9左右时,吸附量最大;NaCl溶液对壳聚糖吸附具有抑制作用,NaCl的浓度越大,抑制作用越明显;壳聚糖对锆离子的吸附,服从Arrhenius方程,吸附表观活化能Ea=3.197kJ/mol.并用IR、XRD及XPS等检测结果证实了壳聚糖与锆离子之间配位键的存在,说明壳聚糖对锆离子的吸附主要是化学吸附.Chitosan adsorption to zirconium(Zr) by spectrophotometric method for the determination micro Zr was studied. The different factors effect on the adsorption such as time, temperature, pH value, external ion density had been discussed . The results show that adsorption rate was rapid only in first 20 minutes. A high temperature was good to adsorption and the best adsorption was got when the pH value was 9 ;The NaC1 solution had the function of surpress adsorption of the chitosan and the NaCl density was bigger. The chitosan adsorption to Zr ios obeys the rule of Arrhenius with the apparent activation energy of 3. 197 kJ/mol. IR,XRD and XPS characterizations confirm the existence of coor- dination bond between chitosan and Zr ion, and a chemical adsorption.
