摘 要:用两种不同的硅氧烷偶联剂对丙烯酸丁酯(BA)/苯乙烯(St)共聚物进行改性,采用动态力学分析(DMA)法考察了两种偶联剂对共聚物阻尼性能的影响,并对其附着力及耐水性能进行了测定。结果表明:经含有乙烯基团的硅氧烷(Z-6300)改性后,共聚物的阻尼性能几乎不受影响;而经含有环氧基团的硅氧烷(Z-6040)改性后,共聚物的低温阻尼性能有所提高;当w(Z-6040)=1%(相对于混合总单体而言)时,共聚物的阻尼性能较好;经Z-6040改性后,共聚物的剪切强度由1.75 MPa提高到2.65 MPa,耐水性能也明显提高。A butyl acrylate(BA)/styrene(St) copolymer was modified by two different kinds of siloxane couplers, and the influences of two kinds of couplers on damping performance of copolymer were investigated by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA),and the adhesive attraction and water resistance of modified systems were tested.The results showed that the influence of Z-6300 (namely siloxane with vinyl) on damping performance of modified copolymer wasn't marked after modified by Z-6300, but the damping performance of modified copolymer in lower temperature was improved after modified by Z-6040 (namely siloxane with epoxy group).The damping performance of copolymer was better when mass fraction of Z-6040 was 1% in mix total monomer.The shear strength was enhanced from 1.75 MPa to 2.65 MPa,and water-resistanee was obviously inereased for copolymer modified by Z-6040.
