摘 要:采用单次单因子法,探索以阿司匹林和CuSO4.5H2O为主要原料合成阿司匹林铜的条件,并利用红外光谱对其结构进行表征。结果表明,阿司匹林是否过量对阿司匹林铜产率影响很大,阿司匹林过量50%产率较高,可达94.9%;无水乙醇适宜作为去除阿司匹林铜中杂质阿司匹林的洗涤剂,但应多次(>3)洗涤才能完全去除杂质阿司匹林。红外光谱表明,阿司匹林铜的配位方式属于桥式双齿配位。The preparation condition of aspirin copper with aspirin and CuSO4 · 5H2O as the main raw materials was studied, and its chemical structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the yield of aspirin copper was influenced greatly by the dosage of aspirin, and the yield of aspirin copper could be up to 94.9% when the aspirin was taken an overdose of 50%. Ethanol was the suitable detergent for removal of aspirin from the product, and aspirin could be removed completely when the product was washed more than 3 times. The FTIR spectrum result indicated that aspirin copper was a binuclear carboxylate-bridged complex.
