摘 要:采用离子交换法和等体积浸渍法用氧化铈对Hβ分子筛进行改性,对其催化苯酐一步法合成蒽醌的反应进行了研究。结果表明,改性后Hβ分子筛的L酸位加强,B酸位减弱,催化性能下降;CeO2的负载量越高,催化效果越差;但改性催化剂的选择性有了很大提高,蒽醌选择性最高可达98.46%。Catalytic synthesis of anthraquinone from one-step phthalic anhydride process over Hβ zeolite modified by cerium oxide through incipient impregnation and ion-exchange method was studied. The results showed that the L-acid sites of modifiedHβ zeolite was strengthened but its B-acid sites was weakened and its catalytic performance decreased; the more loading amounts of the CeO2 modified regents, the worse catalytic performance. But the selectivity of the catalysts was improved by modification and the selectivity of anthraquinone could be up to 98, 46%.
