摘　　要：编辑出版环节是剽窃、造假等学术腐败行为最终出笼和形成危害的必经途径。从学术不端的危害及其产生的原因分析入手,提出学术期刊界学术反腐机制建设的几点建议,在学术期刊出版环节把好出口关,建立行之有效的反腐机制,对于防范学术不端行为的发生有着重要的作用。Editing and publishing link is plagiarism, academic misconducts and corruption eventually released the harm. The harm from academic not and the reasons, and puts forward QiKanJie academic analysis of .anti-corrnption mechanism of the construction of the academic journals, some Suggestions on the export declaration published link, establish an effective mechanism, to prevent corruption of academic misconduct should play an important role.
