天灸软膏临床疗效的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究天灸软膏的临床疗效。方法:采用与传统制法的天灸散(糊状)进行皮肤刺激性对比试验、有效时间的对比与临床疗效比较,考察由白芥子粉、浸膏(处方中其余药材制成浸膏)与适量比例新鲜姜汁制备成的新剂型天灸软膏的临床疗效。结果:由白芥子粉、浸膏与适量比例新鲜姜汁制备成的天灸软膏刺激性明显、有效时间长,并且具有明显的临床疗效。结论:白芥子粉、浸膏与适量比例新鲜姜汁制备成的新使用剂型疗效明确,可临床推广使用。Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of the the crude herb moxibustion ointment. Methods：To do experiments on skin irritation, useful-life, clinical effect to compare with the traditional methods （the Natural Moxibustion Therapy mash）. To observe the feasibility of the crude herb moxibustion ointment （materials of medicinal including Brassica Alba powder, proportional fresh ginger juice,ointment and other materials） on the therapeutic effect. Results：The crude herb moxibustion ointment has the characteristics as below： evident skin irritation, long useful-life, resultful clinical effect. Conclusion.. The crude herb moxibustion ointment （ointment were made from Brassica Alba powder,proportional fresh ginger juice,ointment and other materials） is feasibility,clinical value is explicit.
