摘　　要：目的:观察大脑皮层的温度分布,研究显示皮层温度的方法。材料和方法:家猫在开颅、暴露一侧大脑半球并清醒时,使用红外热像仪摄取皮层温度图像,用计算机分析。结果:皮层热像图显像清晰,并几乎包括一侧全部大脑半球。皮层前半部温度较高,后部较低。(2)高温区多分布于前外薛氏回(36.25±0.76℃—左,36.14±0.97℃—右),左侧中外薛氏回下段(36.04±0.98℃)等。低温区多分布在后上薛氏回(33.93±0.65℃—左,34.01±0.70℃—右)等。(3)皮层温度自然波动不大。(4)3日内高低温区所在位置不变。结论:本研究首次得到猫皮层温度图像和正常值,对大脑温度的显像是成功的。Purpose:A new method of measuring and displaying the temperature of braincortex-Cortical Infrared Thermography(CIT) was evaluated.Materials and Methods:The imaging was carried out on 20 cats.When one side of the cerebral hemisphere of the con- sciouss cat exposed,the cortical temperature distribution was imaged by a thermovisor camera,and then analyzed by computer.Results: (1)The thermogram taken from one side of the cerebral cortex was clear.The temperature of the front part of the cerebral cortex was rela- tively higher than that of the post part.(2)The higher temperature regions were mainly at the Ant.Ectosylvian(36.25±0.76℃-on the left,36.14±0.97℃-on the right),at the lower part of the Mid.Ectasylvisn of the left side(36.04±0.98℃),and at the Ant.Sylvian of the right side(35.93±0.79℃).The lower temperature regions were mainly at the Post.Suprasylvian(33.93±0.65℃-on the left, 34.01±0.70℃-on the right),and at the hind part of the Mid.Suprasylvian on the left side(34.11±0.63℃).(3)During 30 minutes of exposure the cortical temperature tended to descend slishtly.(4)24,48 and 72 hour after the operation,the temperature distribution of cortex were relatively unchanged.Conclusion:We had got the cat's normal cortical temperature.It could be used in the research of brain functions.
