摘　　要：在目前手机通讯和Internet极大普及、CBIR技术日趋成熟及其Web方案成功运行实践的基础上,提出了CBIRI、nternet和无线通讯技术三位一体的设计思想,实现了一种新型以手机为载体的便携式人脸识别系统,该系统既是手机增值业务的延伸,同时也为众多领域内基于CBIR技术的识别系统提供了积极的借鉴和更为广阔的应用空间。In the current,mobile communication and Internet are popularized,CBIR technology is successful applied to Web program, three - in- one design idea of CBIR, Internet and wireless communication technology are proposed, and a portable face recognition system achieved by mobile phone, which is an extension of mobile value- added services, as well as the reference and application on a broader space for many areas of technology based on CBIR system.
