摘  要:吊重跌落是起重船作业中可能遇到的严重事故。研究了吊重跌落这种极限载况对起重船舶浮态、静稳性及动稳性等性能的影响。首先建立冲击外力矩作用下船舶横摇运动数学模型,对不同旋转角度下吊重跌落后船舶横摇运动进行仿真。其次介绍BV规范和RINA规范对起重船作业过程中吊重跌落后的稳性衡准要求。最后以某实际起重船为例,分别计算两种典型载况下吊重跌落前后船舶的浮态变化和静稳性校核,实现了吊重跌落后该船的横摇运动仿真。计算结果可为该类工程船的合理设计与安全作业提供理论依据。This paper has investigated the floatation, static stability and rolling motion respectively before and after sudden cargo loss, which is probably a severe accident during cargo lifting for a crane vessel. Firstly the mathematical model of rolling motion under the operating moment is presented which can demonstrate rolling response. Then the static stability criteria considering sudden accidental loss of load for crane vessel are introduced, according to the rules for the classification of steel ships by BV and RINA respectively. Based on that, taking a crane vessel in operation as an example, the floatation, curves of heeling angle, area ratio and range of effective heeling angle under two typical loading conditions are calculated and rolling response is obtained at four rotating angles. The stability check computation according to BV and RINA rules are compared. The rolling simulation curves show that the sudden cargo loss during lifting can cause tremendous heel angle in short time period and that would make the vessel dangerous. The methodology and the results presented in this paper will help to improve design and operation in safety for crane vessels.
