摘  要:球形转裙结构是潜水器结构上常见的一种对接装置,能够在大倾斜角度下与对接平台进行水下对接。但大倾角的存在降低了转裙的密封性能,因而有必要研究大倾角下转裙活动法兰处的密封性能。本文针对45°对接角度下的球形转裙结构,利用有限元方法详细分析了转裙活动法兰之间接触应力的分布规律。分析中考虑了对接深度、转裙旋转角度和海流等因素的影响,由此得到了一些有用的结论,为该类结构的密封结构设计与密封性能分析提供参考。Spherical transfer skirt is one of the interfacing apparatus commonly used in submersibles. It allows mating with an underwater mated platform at large mating angle. However, large mating angle may decrease sealing ability of transfer skirt. Thus, sealing ability of transfer skirt should be investigated carefully when mating at large angle. In this paper, a transfer skirt configuration which allows mating at any vertical angle between -45° and 45° is presented. The distribution of contact stress of the diagonal flange and mating flange are researched using FEM. The influence of the mating depth, swing angle of the skirt and the ocean current level have been considered. Some available conclusions are obtained to provide references for seal design and sealing performance analysis of the transfer skirt.
