摘 要:针对国内船用柴油机仪控系统数据显示精度和自动化程度较低的现状,结合柴油机自动检测和控制的应用需求以及智能监控技术的特点,提出了船用柴油机智能报警监控系统总体设计方案,并且给出了系统的总体原理结构和具体的软硬件设计方案。该智能报警监控系统的设计考虑了适配三种不同机型的余量,提高了该系统在船用柴油机领域的通用性。控制系统采用现场级、集控室级和驾驶室级三层网络控制结构,各层之间使用CAN总线协议进行通讯。实现了快速数据采集、记录、报警、查询、显示等功能以及对柴油机起动、换向、调速的控制。该方案样机已通过某船用动力机电集团测试验证。Currently the instruments and control systems of domestic marine diesel engines are mostly in the fashion of analog signals, in which the precision of data displaying and the automation level are poor. In accordance with the monitor and control requirements of marine diesel engines and with the characters of supervisory technology, design ideas about intelligent monitor and control system for marine diesel engines are put forward , as well as design of hardware and software of the monitor and control system is introduced in detailed. Taking account of abundant spare parts in configuration, this system is adapted to different types of diesel engines. The control network can be divided into three layers, which communicate between each other by using CAN protocol. This system provides lots of functions such as data acquisition, record, alarm, query, displaying, starting, timing, stopping and turning.
