摘　　要：基于造船第二次现代化的特点和要求,分析了造船管理所面临的挑战和问题,探讨了与其相适应的造船管理理念和思想,并提出了并行工程、虚拟企业、流程再造、供应链等有关造船管理创新的对策。Based on the characteristics and requirements of the second shipbuilding modermzanon, tins paper analyses every aspect of the problems and challenges which shipyards are facing. The authors also point out relative managerial ideas and models that are suitable for the second shipbuilding modernization. Some suggestions on shipbuilding management innovation are presented, such as concurrent engineering, virtual enterprise, business process reengineering and supply chain.
