摘 要:本文针对重水堆核电厂乏燃料干式储存结构中的乏燃料干式储存模块衰变热导出问题,应用大型计算流体动力学软件FLUENT,采用自然对流换热模式.建立了QM-400储存模块内自然对流换热的三维流动及换热的计算模型。该分析分两步进行,首先对AECL模拟储存篮热交换试验进行了数值模拟计算,通过结果比较.证明数值模拟计算是可靠的,在此基础上对实际储存模块和储存篮进行自然对流模拟计算,计算出筒外表面温度分布,随后建立贮存筒、乏燃料篮以及燃料棒束之间空气流动自然对流换热的计算模型,以前面计算所获得的储存筒表面温度作为热工边界条件模拟了贮存筒、乏燃料篮以及燃料棒束之间空气流动换热。从而获得了乏燃料包壳的表面温度。The decay heat inside the QM-400 storage modular for dry type spent nuclear fuel at Nuclear Power Plant was investigated numerically. With using the commercial package FLUENT, a three dimensional computational fluid dynamics model was developed to evaluate the thermal performance of QM-400 storage modular. The analysis process includes two steps. First, the heat transfer test of AECL for storage basket was investigated numerically. After comparing with the test result, the method of investigate numerically was approved. The detailed simulation results for flow field, pressure and temperature distribution inside the storage modular were provided in this study. The characteristics of natural convection and heat transfer inside the storage modular are explored and both of the surface temperature distributions for the storage tank and spent fuel are predicted successfully. The current study can provide the optimization design information to enhance the thermal performance of dry type spent nuclear fuel storage room.
