摘　　要：依托哈尔滨市区位优势,把哈尔滨建成东北亚重要的物流中心,其基本构想是:把哈尔滨市建设成为全省对外开放先行区、东北亚区域合作的核心区;基本形成哈大齐工业走廊等经济板块与沿边开放带联动的物流格局;形成哈尔滨市连接国内生产基地和国外商品市场的跨国物流网络和产业物流体系;建设面向东北亚的物流枢纽中心、物流信息中心和保税物流中心;形成公路、铁路、水路、空港和管道运输"五位一体"的现代化交通运输体系。Based on rogional advantage to build Harbin an important logistic center of Northeast Asia, the basic conception is to develop Harbin into an opening-up foreland of Heilongjiang Province and core area of regional cooperation in Northeast Asia, to form an inter- connected logistic situation between the economic zones of Harbin-Dacllng-Qiqihar industrial corridor and coastal opening-up zones, to shape international logistic network and industrial logistic system between domestic production base and overseas commodity market, to construct a logistic hub center, logistic information center and bonded logistics center for Northeast Aisa, and to establish five-in-one modernized transportation system combined highway, railway, waterway, airport, and pipeline transportations.
