科学发展观视阈下的高校“职工小家”建设谈——以安徽理工大学为例

摘　　要：高校"职工小家"是工会组织密切联系广大教职工的前沿阵地,是高校工会工作的出发点和落脚点,职工小家建设正是顺应了社会主义和谐社会建设的需要,是和谐社会建设的"善举"。通过对基层分工会建小家工作的重要性和必要性的分析,结合实际,提出职工小家建设的基本原则、建设目标、工作的思路和建议等。The ＂staff members＇ small families＂ in ＂.olleges and universities are the frontier for the trade union organization＇s close association with the immense teaching staff, the springboard and lodging places. In this sense,the construction of staff members＂ small families is a ＂good deed＂ of the construction of a harmonious society,meeting the needs of construction of a socialistic harmonious society. This paper ,by analyzing the importance and necessity of constructing staff members＇ small families at the basic-level branch trade union and regarding the reality,puts forward the basic principles,construction objects, working thoughts and suggestions ,etc.
