摘　　要：随着就业形势的日益严峻以及金融危机的冲击,大学生就业难问题越来越突出。论文针对图书馆开展大学生就业指导工作,以高校本科大学生为研究对象,对河北省8所高等院校进行了调研,分析了当前高校图书馆服务大学生就业指导工作的现状,结合图书馆服务大学生就业指导工作的优势和不足,提出了图书馆服务大学生就业的对策,为构建图书馆大学生就业服务体系提供理论和现实依据。With the increasing severance of the situation of employment and the impact of financial crisis, the underemployment of college students has become more and more prominent. Focusing on carrying out employment guidance work done by the libraries, taking undergraduate college students as the research object, the article investigated and studied this issue in eight colleges in Hebei Province. It analyzed the current situation, and by combining the advantages and shortcomings, it put out the countermeasures to provide theoretical and practical basis for the construction of the libraries＇ service system for college students＇ employment.
