摘 要:汽油等油品在储运过程中会有部分轻烃组分挥发进入大气,与空气混合成为油气。由于油气排放会产生污染、能源浪费等问题,利用复叠式制冷循环制取低温来冷凝油气中的轻烃组分,实现油气回收正成为研究热点。本文利用流程计算软件模拟了两种油气的冷凝过程,得出了温度不同时各组分以及非甲烷总烃含量的变化规律,发现不同种类油气虽然组分相差较大,但在冷凝温度达到-100℃^-110℃时都可满足国家排放标准。模拟还得出了不同冷凝温度下所需要的冷量。Light hydrocarbon components of petroleum products such as gasoline evaporate into atmosphere in the process of stockPiling and transportation, which mix with air as components of refueling gas. The low temperature condensation method of refueling gas recovery, which utilizes cascade circulation technique, is becoming the research focus. With the help of a procedure simulation software package, the condensing characteristics of two kinds of refueling gas were simulated in this paper. Then the ~ariation of components and flow rate of hydrocarbons except methane are gained. It's also found that vapor emission concentration meet' the national standards when the condensation temperature is between - 100℃- - 110℃ though the difference of components concentration existing in different kinds of refueling gas is obvious. The result also shows the cooling capacity of various temperatures.
