摘　　要：开展阶层研究有不同的观察视角和方法。文章从社会生态的角度研究民营企业家的地位获得、阶层流动以及社会政治属性,将当代中国的民营经济及民营企业家的存在和发展作为一个生态单位加以考察,确证了这一经济成分和阶层的存在所具有的社会根源,阐述了社会变革对该阶层的形成、走势所具有的决定性作用,不仅揭示了环境与制度变迁对社会阶层研究具有重要意义,同时也为进一步开展相关研究提供了认识上的路径和方法。There are different levels of observation perspectives and methods to carry out research on the estate. In this paper, the status of private entrepreneurs,access,mobility and socio-political attributes of contemporary China＇ s private economy and private entrepreneurs are analyzed. The existence and development as an ecological unit is inspected , from the perspective of socio-ecological society, which confirms the social causes of the economic sectors and strata. It also describes the formation of the decisive role of the trend, which has not only revealed the environment and the institutional changes to the study of the social strata of great significance, but also provides a understanding of the path and methods for further research.
