摘 要:目的探讨超声诊断胎儿泌尿系统畸形的声像图特征及其临床实用价值。方法产科超声系统检查胎儿,发现胎儿泌尿系统异常者,根据声像图特征评估处理。结果23688例做产前筛查的孕妇中共检出胎儿畸形318例,其中39例产前超声可疑为泌尿系统畸形,占12.26%,其中多囊肾发育不良5例,婴儿型多囊肾3例,肾发育不良4例,肾缺如7例,肾盂扩张17例,巨膀胱1例,尿道下裂2例。结论产前超声诊断胎儿泌尿系统畸形对胎儿预后的判断、临床及早采取措施提供可靠诊断依据。Objective To investigate various ultrasonic features of abnormal fetal urinary system and the clinical value. Methods The fetus with the abnormal fetal urinary system diagnosed by prenatal ultrasonograghy were estimated and dealt according to the ultrasonic characteristics. Results 318 cases of fetal malformation were found in 23 688 cases of pregnancy women underwent prenatal ultrasonography. 39 cases were suspicious to be urinary system malformation ( 12.26% ). Among them,39 were abnormal urinary system ,5 muhicystic dysplastic kidney ,3 polycystic kidney ,4 dysplastic kidney,7 renal absence, 17 hydronepllrosis, 1 bladder outlet obstruction, and 2 hypaspadias. Conclusions Ultrasonography plays an important role in the prenatal diagnosis of abnormal fetal urinary system and prognosis assessment.
