摘  要:针对圆柱齿轮的结构特点,应用有限元模态分析理论对其进行了有限元模态分析。本文利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对圆柱齿轮进行有限元建模,采用兰索斯法计算出圆柱齿轮的前五阶固有振动频率和模态振型。然后扩展模态,求出各阶模态的相对应力、相对位移的分布,为圆柱齿轮的改进设计及其动态响应分析提供了参考依据。Finite element analysis for model was conducted on the cylindrical gear using modal analytic theory according to its structural char acteristics. The finite element model of the cylindrical gear was established using ANSYS, and the natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes of the first five steps of the cylindrical gear were worked out by using Lanczos method.Then it expanded modes to get the distribution of the relative stress and the relative displacement of the cylindrical gear. The analysis results supplied a theoretical support to improve the design and the dynamic response analysis of the cylindrical gear.
