半胱胺、四黄提取物和绿益康对草杂鸡生产性能的影响

摘　　要：试验研究了半胱胺、四黄提取物和绿益康三种饲料添加剂对草杂鸡生产性能的影响。试验选取320只1日龄草杂鸡,随机分成4组,每组80只,即试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组和对照组。四黄提取物、绿益康和半胱胺分别按0.6%添加到试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的基础日粮中;基础日粮自配。试验期为28d。结果表明饲喂半胱胺组鸡第1周平均体重比对照组提高4.27%,差异显著(P<0.05);第2周平均体重较对照组、绿益康组和四黄提取物组平均体重分别提高了12.33%、11.5%和15.66%,差异显著(P<0.05);平均日增重提高了4.29%,料重比降低22.7%,育成率提高3.8%。饲喂绿益康组鸡第1周平均体重较对照组和四黄提取物组分别提高5.04%和4.76%,差异显著(P<0.05),3周后平均体重提高3.96%,平均日增重提高4.92%,料重比降低15.7%,育成率提高7.5%。饲喂四黄提取物组鸡平均体重提高0.93%,日增重提高4.92%,料重比下降20%,育成率提高7.5%。说明绿益康防病促生长效果最好;半胱胺促进草杂鸡生长效果在饲喂第1、2周后显著;四黄提取物防病促生长作用较明显。The effect of cystearnine, Sihuang extracts and the LvyiKang on performance of the chicken were studied in this experiment. 320 of one - day - age chickens were randomly divided into four groups, every group 80. The experiment Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ groups and the control group. Sihuang extracts of 0.6g/kg, Lvyikang of 0.6g/kg and Cysteamine of 0.6g/kg were added to the basic diet of the experiment groups. Feeding Cysteamine of the experiment group average weight increased by 4.27% than the control group and significantly different（P〈0.05） the first week;At second week, Cysteamine of the experiment group average weight, the Sihuang extracts group and Lvyikang group increased by 12.33%, 11.5% and 15.6% and the differences are significant （p 〈0.05）. Cysteamine of the experiment group average daily gain increased by 4.29% , the rate of feed on weight decrease by 22.7%, the incubation rate increase by 3.8%. Feeding the Lvyikang of test group the average weight and Sihuang extracts group increased 5.04% and 4.76% and the differences are significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） in first week.After three weeks, Lvyikang of group the average weight increased by 3.96 %, the average daily gain increased by 4.92%, the rate of feed on weight decrease by 15.7%, the incubation rate of increase by 7.5%. Feeding Sihuang extracts group average weight increased by 0.93%, the daily gain increased by 4.92%, the rate of feed on weight decrease by 20%, the incubation rate of increase 7.5 %. The results showed that the effect of Lvyikang growth - promoting and preventing disease was best. The effect of Cysteamine to promote growth was best, in the first and second two weeks （ P 〈 0.05 ）, Sihuang extracts can prevent disease and growth - promoting rate.
