摘　　要：索白尼尔(Sorbinil)是目前较强的醛糖还原酶抑制剂,作者合成了Sorbinil。本文验证Sorbinil对大鼠糖性白内障的作用,用50％半乳糖饲料喂养大鼠,使大鼠出现白内障,用0.2％的Sorbinil灌胃,观察Sorbinil对白内障的预防和治疗作用。发现其有预防作用(P<0.001),也具有治疗作用(P<0.05)。和国外文献报道基本平行。The anticataract effects of Sorbinil, one of the most effective aldol reductase inhibitor were tested in galactose-induce cataract of the mice, as 2% sorbinil were administered, its preventive effect (P<0.01) as well as curative results (P<0.05) were observed.
