摘　　要：采用道化学公司的火灾、爆炸危险指数法，对广州石化加氢联合装置4套加氢单元的潜在火灾、爆炸危险性进行量化评价和分析，给出各单元的危险等级和薄弱环节，为工厂的风险管理和安全决策提供了科学依据，并为降低装置风险提出了建议。The fire and explosion hazard index method of Dow Chemical Company was used to quantitatively evaluate and analyze the potential fire and explosion hazards existing in 4 units within the hydrogenation combination plant of SINOPEC Guangzhou. The identified hazards and weeknesses of each unit are pointed out and classified. These findings provide a scientific basis for decision-making of hazard and safety controls. Finally a proposal of how to reduce the hazards existing in these units is also put forward.
