摘　　要：文章介绍了星载极化散射计的研究背景、意义、概念及特点,在此基础上,讨论了系统设计时的系统体制、极化方式、隔离度等问题,提出了一种星载极化散射计系统设计的初步方案构想。In this paper, the background, significance, concept and characteristic of a spaceborne polarimtetrie scatterometer are introduced. On the basis of which, some issues concerning the system mechanism, the polarimetric working mode and the system isolation degree are addressed. Furthermore, a conceptual system design frame of a spacebome polarimetric scatterometer is presented.
