摘 要:印刷电路板装配(Printed Cirruit Board Assembly,PCBA)制造系统的建模和分析非常重要,许多方法都已经用来对其进行建模和定量分析,在制造系统中,Petri网(Petri Nets,PN)被认为是非常适合该类系统的建模与分析的工具,它除了具有直观方便的特点外,在建模能力、效率和分析技术方面也具有公认的优势,尤其适用于顺序、并行、冲突和同步过程的分析。从系统的层面而言,一般的PCBA制造系统属于离散系统,离散PN是非常适合的建模分析工具,在离散PN建模之后,引入了连续PN的概念,构建了混合PN模型以实现PCBA制造系统的建模与仿真,为PCBA制造系统的分析提供了合理的方法。PCBA manufacturing system modeling and analysis is very important, many methods have been used to carry out quantitative analysis and modeling. Petri nets is considered to be very suitable for this type of system modeling and analysis tool. In addition to its intuitive and convenient features, the modeling ability, efficiency and analytical techniques have also recognized the advantages, in particular, apply to the order, in parallel, conflict and synchronize the process of analysis. From the system level, the general PCBA manufacturing system belonging to the discrete-time systems, discrete PN is a very fit modeling analysis tools, in the discrete model PN first, then make the introduction of the concept of building a hybrid model of PN in order to achieve PCBA manufacturing system modeling and simulation for PCBA manufacturing system to provide a reasonable analysis.
