摘 要:建立火灾下钢管混凝土柱的受热分析模型以便于在抗火分析和防火设计中应用。首先基于传热学的基本理论确定了火灾下钢管混凝土柱与火场的热交换过程,然后根据能量守恒原理和热力学理论确定了钢管混凝土柱截面内的导热过程,推导了有限差分形式的截面温度场计算的基本方程,最后编制了数值计算程序来模拟钢管混凝土柱截面内的温度场。分析模型中重点考虑了水分和接触热阻对截面温度场的影响。数值程序的计算结果与试验结果符合得较好。The thermal analysis model of concrete filled steel tabular columns subjected to fire was established to be expediently applied to fire resistance analysis and designs. Firstly, the heat exchange process between concrete filled steel tabular column and flame was ascertained based on the heat transfer theory. Secondly, the heat transfer process of the section of concrete filled steel tabular column was ascertained based on the conservation principle of energy and thermodynamic theory, and the basic finite difference equations for calculating the section temperature field were deduced. Finally, a numerical program was world out to simulate the section temperature field of concrete filled steel tabular columns. The effects of water and contact thermal resistance on the section temperature field were especially discussed in this analysis model. The calculation results of the numerical program are in good agreement with the experimental results.
