摘　　要：在对国内外MARC格式利用情况调查研究的基础上,分析了MARC格式组织网络信息资源的优缺点,并提出了相应的解决方法。On the basis of the survey on MARC in the world, the paper has analyzed the pros and cons of organizing network information resources in MARC form, and proposed countermeasures.
