摘　　要：在分析我国图书馆法立法现状的基础上,介绍了国外图书馆法的立法现状,由此对我国图书馆法的立法问题提出了两点思考。On the basis of analyzing the current situation of legislation of Chinese library law, the article introduces the current situation of legislation of abroad library law, and then points out two ideas for legislation of Chinese library law.
