摘　　要：洛阳师范学院图书馆新馆通过建筑的内外设计,环境的合理布置,营造了具有地域文化特色的阅读环境和文化氛围,并通过一系列的特色服务,使新馆真正成为充满人文关怀的文化服务窗口。By reasonable arrangement in architectural design and environment, the new building of Luoyang Normal University Library has been creating a humanistic environment and atmosphere with local characteristic. The management of a series of humanistic service enables the new library to become a cultural service window full of humanistic concern.
