摘　　要：山东农业大学图书馆大力加强数字化资源建设,为人才培养搭建信息资源平台。阐述了电子阅览室建设与管理中需要解决的几个问题及措施。Shandong Agricultural University Library has vigorously strengthened the construction of digital resources, in order to build information resources platform for the talent training. This paper describes some questions that need to be resolved and Solutions in the construction and management of electronic reading room.
