摘 要:针对中性点不接地系统中弧光接地的危害,研究了一种新型的代替中性点经消弧线圈接地和小电阻接地的装置,用于消除单相弧光接地以及对各类过电压进行限制。为实现消弧及过电压保护装置的智能控制,选用了具有丰富功能模块的80C196微处理器,完成了该装置微机控制器的硬件电路及主控软件的设计,软件采用了RMS算法对实时采集的系统电压进行处理并判断故障,通过RS-485系统总线实现数据交换和远程控制。试验结果表明,该微机控制系统功能完备,采用该微机控制技术的消弧及过电压保护装置具有实用推广价值。For the hazards of arc grounding in the isolated neutral point system, a new device to replace neutral point grounding through are suppression coil and small resister was studied and used for eliminating single-phase arc grounding and limiting all kinds of overvoltage. In order to realize the intelligent control for arc suppression and overvoltage protection device, the 80C196 microprocessor with multi-functional modules was selected to accomplish the hardware circuit and main control software was designed in this device. The RMS algorithm was adopted in the software to deal with system voltage and judge the fault, realize remote control and data exchange though the RS-485 system bus. The test results show that the micro-computer control system has complete functions and its application on the arc suppression and overvoltage protection device has the practical promoted value.
