HCV胶体金试剂在急诊患者手术输血前的快速检测

摘　　要：目的应用HCV胶体金试剂对急诊手术患者输血前进行检测,并与抗-HCVELISA法进行比较。方法对本医院2008年1～10月的3216例急诊手术患者,先应用HCV胶体金试剂检测抗体,再分别用试剂1、2两种抗-HCV试剂进行ELISA法检测。对HCV胶体金试剂、试剂1、2检测为阳性的标本,再进行HCVRNART-PCR荧光定量检测。结果3216份标本中HCV胶体金试剂检测阳性25份,抗-HCV试剂1ELISA法检测阳性33份,试剂2检测阳性34份(两种试剂均阳性26份,仅试剂1、2阳性的分别为7和8份)。HCVRNART-PCR荧光定量检测阳性28份。结论HCV胶体金法与抗-HCVELISA法结果符合率为92.59%,与HCVRNART-PCR荧光定量法结果符合率89.29%,HCV胶体金试纸法假阳性率低,操作简便、快速,适合急诊患者手术前输血的筛选。Objective To appliy HCV colloidal gold reagent on emergency surgery patients before blood transfusion, and to compare with anti-HCV ELISA. Methods 3 216 cases of emergency surgery patients came to our hospital from Jan. to Oct. 2008. At first HCV colloidal gold reagent testing was applied. And they were treated with reagents （1）, （2） （two anti-HCV reagents） for ELISA detection. Colloidal gold for HCV reagents, reagents （1）,（2） testing positive specimens were detected by HCV RNA RT-PCR fluorescence quantitative method. Results In the 3 216 test samples,HCV- positive detection of colloidal gold reagent were 25,anti-HCV reagents （1） and （2） ELISA assay were respective 33 and 34 positive. 26 were positive by two reagents,only reagents （1） were 7 positive,reagents （2） were 8 positive. HCV RNA RT- PCR fluorescence quantitative test were 28 positive. Conclusion The positive coincidence rate of HCV colloidal gold method and anti-HCV ELISA method results was 92.59 percent,and with the HCV RNA RT-PCR fluorescence quantitative method, the positive coincidence rate was 89.29%. HCV colloidal gold paper method has low false positive rate and is simple, rapid. It is appropriate for emergency patients with pre-operative blood transfusion screening.
