摘  要:目的探讨低剂量γ射线辐照离体全血对红细胞抗氧化能力的影响。方法采集20份人全血,以剂量1Gy的γ射线进行辐照,吸收剂量率为17Gy/min,分别于照射前及照射后1、2h取样检测红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力及血浆中还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果外周离体全血经1Gyγ射线照射后1h,血清GSH含量升高,MDA含量降低,而T-AOC、SOD、GSH-Px及CAT活性升高,且与照射前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);经γ射线照射2h后,除SOD活性与照射后1h比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.01)外,MDA含量进一步降低,GSH含量及T-AOC、GSH-Px、CAT活性进一步升高,与照射后1h比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论外周离体全血经1Gyγ射线辐照后,可增强红细胞抗氧化能力,输注后可提高机体免疫功能。Objective To study the effect of low dose γ-ray radiation on the antioxidation capacity of red blood cells. Methods twenty units whole blood were radiated by γ-ray at a dose of 1 Gy. The absorption dose rate was 17 Gy/ min after radiated at different time. The serum enzymatic activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), total antioxidative capacity (T-AOC), catalase (CAT), contents of glutathione (GSH) and malondiadehyde (MDA) were deteted before radiation and 1,2 h after radiation. Results 1 hour after irradiation,the content of serum GSH was higher than that of pre-radiation (P〈0.01). The content of serum MDA was lower than that of pre-radiation (P〈 0. 01). But the enzymatic activities of T-AOC,SOD,GSH-Px and CAT were higher than that of pre-radiation (P〈0. 01). In two hours after radiation group,the content of serum GSH was higher than that of one hour after radiation group (P〈 0. 01). But content of serum MDA was lower than that of one hour after radiation group (P〈0. 01). All antioxidative enzyme activities were higher than that of one hour after radiation group except SOD (P〈0. 01). Conclusion After radiated with γ-ray at the dose of 1 Gy, the antioxidation capacity of red blood cell increased. Therefore,radiated blood can enhance body immunity.
