摘　　要：文章通过对网络空间中信任危机的主要现象进行描述,运用复杂性研究关于"混沌的边缘"的思想对网络信任这一网络空间有序化过程中的重要问题做深刻反思。主要从网络"人"际信任与系统信任两方面入手对网络信任问题的根源进行揭示。从根本上看,网络空间不信任现象的存在是客观必然,网络信任危机是网络社会系统的无序状态,网络有序化是信任与不信任对立统一的矛盾运动的过程。The paper described the major phenomena of the internet trust crisis. Then, it reflected on the major problems in the ordering of the cyberspace from the point of view of Edge of Chaos in the Complexity space. Fundamentally speaking, distrust is objective and the internet trust crisis is a serious disorder state. Ordering in cyberspace is a process of the struggle between trust and distrust.
