摘 要:针对多工位精密级进模故障的特点,分析了以往多工位精密级进模故障诊断方法的局限性。将人工智能领域中的新分支CBR(Case-Based Reasoning)技术引入到多工位级进模故障诊断中,论述了CBR技术的系统结构和关键技术,并给出了具体的实现方法。理论分析和实践经验表明,基于CBR的系统可以解决基于规则的专家系统在某些方面的缺陷,具有实现方式灵活、简便、自学习能力强等特点,是一种适合多工位精密级进模故障诊断的新方法。According to the faults' characteristics in multi-position precision progressive die, the limitations of the fault-diagnosis technology previously used in the field were analyzed. The CBR (Case-Based Reasoning) technology, a new branch of AI, was used in the fault-diagnosis system of multi-position precision progressive die. The structure and the key tech- nologies of the CBR system were presented, and its implementation method was also introduced. Theoretical analysis and practical experience showed that the CBR system could address some problems existed in rules-based expert system. The fault-diagnosis system based on the CBR technology was an appropriate new method for multi-position precision progres- sive die with its characteristics such as flexible implementation method, simplicity in application and excellent self-learning capability.
