摘 要:利用丝素蛋白良好的吸湿和生物分解性能研发新型高吸水材料,有益于环境保护和蚕桑资源的综合利用。检测分析了合成的丝素蛋白/丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺复合吸水材料在不同条件下的吸水性能和保水性能,结果表明该复合吸水材料具有较强的吸水性能和较快的吸液速率,对去离子水、自来水、0.9%NaCl溶液的最大吸收量分别为296、208、33.4 g/g;材料的吸水量受到离子类型和离子浓度的影响,在pH 7左右具有最好的吸水性能,在自然条件下具有较好的保水能力;材料的可重复利用性强。差热分析表明,该复合吸水材料与丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺材料比较,其热熔融温度和氧化分解温度发生了转变,说明丝素蛋白与丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺发生了良好的聚合。ilk fibroin is a kind of hydrophilic and biodegradable macromolecule protein.The exploitation of superabsorbent materials based on silk fibroin has great significance in environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of sericultural resources.In this paper,the absorbency and water retaining capacity of silk fibroin/acrylic acid/acrylamide(SF/AA/AM) composite absorbent material have been determined and analyzed.The results indicated that SF/AA/AM composite material had good absorbent ability and was quick in absorbing water.Its maximum absorbent rates against deionized water,tap water and 0.9% NaCl solution reached 296 g/g,208 g/g,and 33.4 g/g,respectively.The absorbency of SF/AA/AM composite material was affected by different ionic types,ionic concentrations and pH values.It has the highest absorbent ratio at pH of 7,and has good water-retention capacity under natural conditions.The SF/AA/AM material had excellent re-absorbent ability and could be reused.Differential scanning calorimeter analysis showed that SF is effectively involved in the co-polymerization.The melting temperature and oxidative decomposition temperature of the synthesized polymer have changed,further proving that the silk fibroin had polymerized well with acrylic acid and acrylamide.
